Pat “Nana” Fischer

The story of Fisch Foods starts with Pat Fischer — a mother, grandmother, genius in the kitchen & garden.

Pat had a knack for cooking delicious food, and a kind, teaching spirit. Some of my earliest, best memories are set in her kitchen, learning how to make the delicious meals she shared with us.

She taught me how food can communicate your love and care for people, a love language that I’ve never stopped speaking since. When she showed up to our house, she’d have a car full of treats (pickles included, always).

When she passed, those pickle deliveries stopped.

But not for long.

It’s my mission — with this company and in life — to carry on Nana’s legacy.

Food is love, and I would love to share my food with you.
